Maiden Ranch's Development Team
The principals of Maiden Ranch, William Kidwell and Bill Tucker, have extensive experience in developing real estate projects. They have developed a wide range of real estate projects including residential communities, nursing homes and hotels.
 William Kidwell leads the management team. He has a degree in business administration, over 17 years of real estate and land development experience and 40 plus years of senior management experience. William's development companies have spearheaded commercial, office and residential developments in Kansas City, MO, Independence, MO and Phoenix, AZ. William has also spent many years as a senior executive in the banking and mortgage businesses.
Bill Tucker is responsible for long-range planning and for developing and maintaining key business partnerships. Bill brings years of real estate development experience to the project as well, having developed a chain of nursing home and hotel projects.
